Rangda - The Queen of Leyak

One of 10 illustrations i did for Book called Mythical Creatures of Asia (tentative).

According to traditional Balinese mythology Rangda is a widow witch who are practicing black magic and have cannibalistic behavior.
She leads an army of evil witches (Leyak) against the leader of the forces of good (Barong). The battle between Barong and Rangda is featured in a Barong dance which represents the eternal battle between good and evil.
